Setelah dinanti sekian lama, akhirnya pemerintah mengeluarkan juga dasar hukum penyesuaian gaji PNS untuk tahun 2013 dengan disahkannya PP nomor 22 Tahun 2013 tentang Perubahan Kelima Belas atas PP nomor 7 tahun 1977 tentang Peraturan Gaji PNS.
Peraturan ini berlaku surut per 1 Januari 2013.
Mengingat PP tentang gaji ini dikeluarkan akhir April 2013, jadi kemungkinan besar gaji baru bagi PNS akan diterima bulan Juni 2013.
Berikut ini sebagai gambaran perbandingan gaji PNS tahun 2013 dan tahun 2012 dengan masa kerja 0 tahun.
